Bathyal is a clock. It collects nothing.

No accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, no third-party SDKs. The instrument never phones home; it works entirely offline. Your settings — time format, style, tinctures — live only on your own device and never leave it.

If you send a drop (a tip), the payment is handled entirely by Apple (in the app) or by Ko-fi or your own bitcoin wallet (on the web). Bathyal receives no personal information from any of them — it only remembers, on your device, that a drop was sent.

If you email bathyal@spiralocean.com, your message is used to reply to you and for nothing else.
